/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics –calculate-one –domain-name=mydomain.com

Update the plesk web statistics for all domains:

  2. I cannot get Plesk statistics to refresh and plesk are simply not helpful. I have a website where the statistics are vital. I would love to use another company but my hosting company says that I have to use one that is compatible with asp.net on sql database. Is this true and does anyone have an alternative?
    Thanks

  3. Sally,

    Plesk statistics should work…
You can ask your system administrator / hosting company to update them manually with the command above and check if there is nothing wrong with the plesk server itself.

In your case you can also use a different program to calculate your statistics like Google Analytics.

  4. The internal Plesk statistics (yoursite.com/plesk-stat) uses AWStats or Webalizer and does not require .NET or a database.
